A couple of weeks ago I had the honor to collaborate with Perrier and E entertainment television, on a special photo shoot for Chic Magazine, the famous brand chose me as their local representative, to be their public image of their road to refreshment line of events. The magazine cover and spread where dedicated to me, on this interview I talk about my career as a stylist, my blog, and my love for fashion. It is a small summary of how I got to were I am today, as well as my plans for the future.

For this editorial I created four different summer looks, which represent my style and personality, which matches great with perrier’s classy but super fresh, modern style. I wore some of the hottest trends of the season, styling them with a funky twist, adding my personal touch.

The awesome shoot took place on the terrace of one of the trendiest restaurants in town, Gallo 71, were we spent the entire afternoon battling with the heat, trying not to melt between shots. We chose an extremly hot day to work outside, but thanks to Perrier’s new slim cans, we managed to survive the heat, and in the end we got some pretty great shots.

I had so much fun during this long day of work and I really am happy to have had the chance to work with them, everyone on the crew was so nice, that we all enjoyed it very much. The best part is that you’ll get to see a bit more from my experience with Perrier’s team, next week on E’s Zona Trendy program, you’ll be able to watch the complete coverage of the Perrier Road to Refreshment party, as well as my interview and  a cool behind the scenes footage of the photo shoot.

I’ll let you know when it airs, enjoy your day!
love,
Andrea

ALL IN ONE

Camo jumpsuit - Julio / Denim jacket - Hollister / Golden bangles - Vintage
Wish bone necklace - Marc Jacobs / Metallic clutch - Atmosphere / Grey suede sandals - Forever 21.

Jumpsuits are one of the most comfy pieces on trend, they are so easy to wear and pull off and they just look really cool on. One piece suits have been pretty famous over the  past seasons and they still are, weather as a short romper version or as a pant jumpsuit, loose or thigh, sexy or romantic, with a print or how ever you like it, this fun all-in-one trend is here to stay during the entire summer.

I wore a loose camo green suit a few days ago and I paired it with an old denim jacket, to make it much more casual for a day in the city, I added a contrast of gold and silver accents, wearing some golden accessories, a stack of vintage bangles and then matching them with a silver clutch and sandals, to get a bit of a boho vibe. Then I wore my hair to a side on messy braid, put on some eyeliner and a peach pop of color on my lips and cheeks, to get this summer’s perfect effortless beauty look.

Hope you like it, have an excellent week!
love,
Andrea

SURF & TURF

Mix match print skirt - Peter Pilotto for Target / Black crop top &
Chunky silver necklace - H&M / Faux snake skin clutch - Julio / Ankle cuff sandals - Zara.

I know I haven't posted as often as I promised I would, and believe me, I feel sorry and sad that I haven't had time to share all my looks with you guys. But here I am today, finally making time to share a not so new, but very cool surfer meets the city look! Which I wore a while back, when I got my big stash of Peter Pilotto’s capsule collection for Target.

This skirt was definitely my favorite piece from his collection, I totally love the fun mix of patterns and the red color pop it has, only he can make crazy and bold prints like this ones work together in the most effortlessly way possible. The tropical has a surf style feel to it, so when I wore the skirt, I decided to pair it with something simple but still as awesome, so I wore my long sleeve crop top, which matched perfectly because it gives a surfers shirt vibe, making the look feel tropical, but still pretty chic for the city.
I kept the look simple, by pairing it with my minimal ankle cuff sandals and then completed it with some silver accessories, just to add some metalic shine for the night.
Have a good week!
love,
Andrea
